It is important for our Group Members to have a clear guidance and understanding of their participation in PhotoModelSessions.com, therefore we offer these Terms & Conditions of Use for your convenience. The use of the term Photo Model Sessions or PhotoModelSessions.com is understood to include its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives, heirs and assigns.
Your participation in Photo Model Sessions is voluntary and is fully at your own risk.
Your use of our web sites and your participation in On-Location Photo Model Sessions constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed by PhotoModelSessions.com at any time with or without notice. Please review this link on a regular basis for changes. Continued use of this web site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change.
The Owner, Founder and Director of Photo Model Sessions is Christopher Cross (aka Mr. Christopher), an artist, writer, photographer and entrepreneur who lives and works in the Lehigh Valley, PA. You may reach him by sending an email to Director@PhotoModelSessions.com. Mr. Christopher maintains several web sites to communicate with members and to promote the activities of Photo Model Sessions, including, but not limited to ModelSessions.com, PhotoModelSessions.com, ShowStopperModels.com, Fantissimo.com, SwarthmoreMedia.com and others not yet listed or acquired.
PhotoModelSessions.com is a Private Membership Club which provides benefits, services, activities, social and professional events and products to our members. The Director of PhotoModelSessions.com seeks to host, sponsor and organize public and private Photo Model Sessions, workshops, mixers and other events related to photography, modeling, fashion, glamour, make-up and other industry-related topics; to enhance, educate and promote our members and to constantly grow, expand and develop the area, range and quality of the services it provides.
PhotoModelSessions.com is not an employment agency, casting agent, talent agency, talent manager or Production Company. PhotoModelSessions.com does not represent our members as an agent or promise income, jobs or employment accruing from their membership or participation in Photo Model Sessions or the use of our sites. PhotoModelSessions.com is not a photography studio. PhotoModelSessions.com does not offer advice, consultation, or opinions on any casting, job, engagement or audition.
You assert and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal right to contract on your own behalf. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhotoModelSessions.com, affiliated companies and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action by any third party arising from any claims to or against PhotoModelSessions.com.
You agree to receive regular email updates and will be contacted by other members seeking to work with you. You will receive occasional email from Meetup.com and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Meetup.com.
Membership and listing in PhotoModelSessions.com may require payment of dues and event fees. Fees for Photo Model Sessions, mixers, classes and workshops are priced individually and vary according are subject to change depending on event particulars.
You understand that our web sites may present photographs of the human form, some of which are considered to be erotic or suggestive. Such artwork may include nude, semi-nude, apparently nude or partially clothed men or women. You agree that you do not find this type of artwork or display to be offensive.
PhotoModelSessions.com has a stated policy regarding the posting of sexually explicit images to its web pages: Sexually explicit images are not permitted on this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal (erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visible or spread genitalia). Any images that may be deemed to constitute exploitation, harassment or abuse of minors will be promptly removed and reported to appropriate authorities for investigation.
The Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of PhotoModelSessions.com, and will not be tolerated .Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. Profiles that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way will be immediately disabled. This includes (but is not limited to): hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of PhotoModelSessions.com deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.
You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal profile, or other pages of our sites as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. PhotoModelSessions.com reserves the right to and will promptly remove from its sites any references or profiles containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice.
Anyone attempting to use this site for any illegal purposes will have their membership immediately terminated and reported to appropriate authorities. As a MEMBER of this group, you agree to promptly report and submit any communications that you receive which you find to be offensive, harassing, abusive, hateful, illegal or otherwise inappropriate to Director@ PhotoModelSessions.com. |

Copy Rights & Model Releases
PHOTOGRAPHERS: It is your obligation to provide and obtain contact information to and from each MODEL at our Photo Model Sessions. By your participation in our Photo Model Sessions you explicitly agree to the following:
In consideration of my participation as a PHOTOGRAPHER, I agree that I will submit, via email, upload or CD/DVD, a substantial and representative collection of the best photos I take of each MODEL at any public or private Photo Model Session directly to each MODEL. I hereby grant and release to each MODEL all copyrights necessary to use photos taken by me for the use and promotion of MODELS personal or professional modeling interests in all internet, print, broadcast or other media.
This Release does NOT include third party commercial publishing, which requires further permissions and negotiation.
MODELS: It is your obligation to provide and obtain contact information to and from each PHOTOGRAPHER at our Photo Model Sessions. By your participation in our Photo Model Sessions you explicitly agree to the following:
In consideration of my participation as a MODEL, I agree that all photos taken of me at public or private Photo Model Sessions immediately become the property of the PHOTOGRAPHER. I hereby grant and release to each photographer the right to use photos taken of me for his or her use and promotion of his or her personal or professional photography activities in all internet, print, broadcast or other media.
This Release does NOT include third party commercial publishing, which requires further permissions and negotiation.
MODELS: If you find an image of yourself posted which you prefer not to have posted, please FIRST contact the PHOTOGRAPHER who posted the image and request it's removal. If you are unsuccessful then please contact the Organizer who will have the image and/or the photographer removed.
Photographers and models retain all ownership and copyrights to all information, emails, resumes, photographs, etc. submitted to PhotoModelSessions.com. However, by submitting content to us, you explicitly grant us the right to use and reuse, modify, assemble, collate, publish and distribute them in all internet, print, broadcast or other media in the promotion of our MODELS, our PHOTOGRAPHERS and other Photo Model Sessions business.
ALL SERVICE AND SITES of PHOTO MODEL SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You will be responsible for, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhotoModelSessions.com against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit. Although PhotoModelSessions.com and its affiliates may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions and bulletin boards on the Site, we are under no obligation to do so. PhotoModelSessions.com reserves the right to change or modify profile information or message board postings as desired and without notice. You acknowledge that PhotoModelSessions.com and its affiliates do not control the information available on the bulletin boards and chat rooms and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any bulletin board or in any chat room are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content.
PhotoModelSessions.com and its affiliates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links,, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted on the chat rooms, bulletin boards, or profiles. PhotoModelSessions.com has guidelines regarding posting of appropriate images, email addresses, content, and links. You agree to read and adhere to the guidelines as posted throughout the site.
Any communication or material you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant PhotoModelSessions.com and its affiliates the right to edit, copy, alter, modify, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.
PhotoModelSessions.com does not review or monitor any web sites linked to personal profiles on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from PhotoModelSessions.com all users of the system acknowledge that PhotoModelSessions.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links.
